Are you an agency or one interpreter?
One interpreter. When you book me, I'm the one on the floor — no rotating roster, no quiet subcontracting. The honest trade-off: I can only be in one place at a time, so popular dates go early.
What does a day actually cost?
Half day $80–140, full sourcing day $99–250, trade-fair week $800–1,250. City travel and a written daily summary are always included. Exact figures depend on city, days and technical complexity.
What happens after I send my dates?
A written quote in USD within 12 hours — not a "let's hop on a call" reply. A 30% deposit locks the dates; the balance is due after the work.
What if you're already booked?
I'll tell you within the same 12-hour window and recommend a specific interpreter I personally trust, with their direct contact.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks is comfortable for most cities. For Canton Fair weeks and other major fairs, book 4–6 weeks out — those dates go first every season.
How do payments work?
30% deposit to confirm, balance after the work. Wire transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Alipay/WeChat for smaller engagements. All quotes in writing, in USD.
